How would you like to  play  your favourite digital Music tracks on your mobile phone, while on the move,  at anytime,  for free*.

You can use the Mobile Saver network to send  your favourite digital Music tracks (mp3, CD track, wav)  from your PC  to your mobile phone.

You can Share  Music files  with  friends by forwarding** downloaded  tracks to their mobile phone.

NO special mobile phone is required -  Works with any type of mobile phone that is connected  to  02, T-mobile, Orange, Virgin, Vodafone Networks with voice mail service.

Before you can send an MP3 file or Audio CD track to your mobile you need to convert it to a unique WAV file format that is suitable for transmission over phone networks.  To download  free Music conversion software click here. The WAV file you convert to,  should have a Sample rate of 11.025 kHz, Sample size of 8-bits Mono and with Audio Format set to CCITT A law. For step by step instructions click here
1. Click Browse and pick a Music File

(this should be a WAV file, see above)

2. Enter your mobile number here:
the number you registered with us

3. Select the network you are on:

if your are on t-mobile, Virgin or Vodafone click here

4. Enter your Mobile Saver security PIN:

5. Click Send

note: depending on your internet connection speed it may take a while for your Music file to be uploaded to our server.

Note:

Each Music file sent to your mobile costs 75p. Your Mobile Saver calling credit will be debited accordingly.

Please note, the quality of the music recording is better than that of a regular spoken voice message, but the quality of the Music you hear on your mobile is degraded by the poor transmission characteristics of the mobile networks (due to low bandwidth and audio compression used). The maximum number of tracks you can store at anytime, the maximum length of a  track and the total number of days it can be stored for is  limited by the features of your mobile's voice mailbox, for example on some networks/tariff plan the recording length is limited to 90 seconds.

* - Playing your Music tracks is always Free for T-Mobile, Virgin and Orange Virgin OVP  customers.  Free for Vodafone, Orange and O2 contract customers provided your usage is within your monthly 'free' minutes allowance. 10p per access for O2 PAYG customers.

** - Forwarding audio messages to another mailbox is not a feature available on all networks
